"Hi Bobby, I haven’t been on here in a while. It’s hard sometimes reading these messages it breaks me down. Today marks another year. Me and your baby girl have a date today to sing all the songs I told her you like and love. Bobby I really miss you a lot, I love when you come visit me in my dreams because you always let me know I’m doing good with raising our twins. The last dream you wasn’t to happy your daughter had a boyfriend and you said very clearly handle it!!! And trust when I woke up I did!!! Your twins are both in college doing good. I know you proud, I love and miss you Bobby. I’m always thinking about you, I just prayed and asked God to hug you for me for us and tell you I love you. But you know that!!! Well I just wanted to stop by and leave you a little message. Your wife always!!! Someone asked me did I want to change my last name and I said NOPE!!! Besides your twins wouldn’t allow it!!! They are truly you all the way!!! Continue to sleep in heavenly peace my luv!!! Forever and always MRS.WHITE!"

"Hey White,
Its been years since you passed and I think of you daily. I reminisce on all the talks we shared, when you were out in Fort Lewis. You always said "Man this place different" I used to just laugh because we were like the only two people around from the east coast and up north. You loved to talk about your wife and kids, and how much you wish they could be here with you. Man you were a great guy and such a good spirit. But the conversation you shared with me prior to your deployment still haunts me, and whatever happened to you I hope justice is prevailed. You, I, and god, know suicide was not something that you would ever do. You expressed to me how fearful for your life you were about this deployment, I took as you just being nervous and a lot of anxiety about going out the country for the first time. I should've listen to you and took what you said more serious. I'm sorry my friend. I pray that you are resting in peace and your family finds comfort. Miss you so much, your friend, as you would always call me "Yo Jack"."

Bobby I miss you more then words can say, your babies now that they are getting older have so manyquestions. Ammar is a lil you all the way, he is taking it hard occasionally he acts out but with God on my side he comes everything down. Your lil princess Shaniya your twin she ok, she wrote a beautiful song for you called "DADDY" . Yeah she can sing her lil heart away. You have such beautiful kids. And of course Shawntasia and Destiny is doing good. Tasia is on her way to college soon can you believe it and Destiny she still crazy as ever but she doing better. I hurt so bad, I wish things could be better with the family but all I can do is leave it in Gods hand and maybe in God time it will bring us all at peace. Before I go let me make you laugh....your daughter is truly you. Remember when we got married you was on me hard about getting my name change. Well your lil girl heard me on the phone and she heard me say Shawntay Daughtry. So she said Mommy thats not your name. Didn't my Daddy give you the name WHITE? I said yeah and I explain to her some things is still in Daughtry. But all my ID and important papers are in White even at your school. Your daughter looked at me and said you married to my Daddy your last name is WHITE...SO USE IT! Lol, I was so speechless. That is truly your child. I love you baby, and I miss you more then words can say. Love your wife each and every day. When the kids come home I will have them stop by and write you. Oh and we will be coming to see you soon. Last visit was kinnda hard for them but I promise we will be there. I LOVE YOU <3"

"What up cousin! You are always in my thoughts. I constantly think of the times we spent together. I learned so much from you in so little time. You were wise far beyond your years. Truly a man ahead of his time. Just thought I'd stop by and say hi. You were definitely more than just a cousin. A mentor, a friend, and a brother. I Love You and miss you with all my heart."

"HI BOBBY!
It's your mom again,I have not been to your site in a while, but believe me you are alway's in my thoughts and in my heart. EVERY DAY, ALWAY'S & FOREVER!
Today is resurrection eve, 4-23-2011.
The same day of your memorial 6 yrs. ago. Your dad left you a message, he said 5 yrs. ago, but the time has gone by so fast, he made a mistake on the year. It is still hard for both of us, it still seems like yesterday! It is still ever so hard, not to be able to talk to you, to hear your voice. But I have to believe your spirit has resurrected as christ spirit, each (EASTER-SURRECTION DAY!) I love & miss you so much. A MOTHER'S life line is alway's connected, to her children, even after the seperation at their birth, when she brings them into The world there is no greater love than OUR HEAVENLY FATHERS LOVE & THE CHILDREN HE ALLOWS US TO BEAR AS THE FRUITS OF OUR LABOR!
It brought a little comfort to us to hear from, someone who was close to you
while serving your time. This was a friend that reached out after your passing in 2005. You never know how much it means to you as parent's to hear
strangers, give you comforting word's about your adult child. I have no recent pictures of you, but I will alway's keep your beautiful face in my mind & spirit! I will alway's remember the loving, caring and giving heart you have, "not had", because your spirit will forever be alive in my heart.
I love you & miss you! Until we meet again, (REST IN PEACE MY SON!)
GONE IN THE PHYSICAL, BUT ALWAY'S HERE IN THE SPIRITUAL, NEVER FORGOTTON!
LOVE YOU, MOM!
OH! SHAREE & LATOYA SENDS THEIR LOVE

"To The White Family: My deepest condolences I just recently found out about Bobby's passing. My family and I are so deeply sorry for your loss. He was one of my closest friends and he will be greatly missed. We had some really great times growing up together. He was always such a great guy I know he grew to be an even better man. There are not many people who I can say will hold a special place in my heart like him, he was always someone I could talk to and we would run up and down the street together or just play in the court yard. So many great times we shared from elementary until junior high school. Again I am deeply saddened by your loss and the loss of such a great person. I know he is in heaven looking down and protecting your family. Robert until we meet again. We miss you"

"I was stationed with PVT white in Afghanistan during that time and we were all devastated at what happened. He was a strong man in both senses. I actually talked with him on a couple of occassions. He was so intelligent. You'd think he was just a rough guy. that was far from the truth he was very smart. It still touches me to this day. I happened to find this site and felt compelled to write something. I hope all of the family is doing fine and I will frequent this site. God Bless"

"To Robert's family - the day he died, such a tragic time for your family, I was in Camden County to celebrate my wedding anniversary. My family was rejoicing as yours was about to mourn; I am so sorry for your loss. I almost feel guilty that I was happy the same time that you were sad. A young life gone, but never forgotten, I am sure. It sounds like he is well remembered as a wonderful person. God bless your family always."

"Hi there:

My name is Rachel Ascione. I am the sister of the first Marine killed in combat while serving in Afghanistan, Cpl. Ron Payne. My brother was killed May 7, 2004. He was my only sibling and as some of you have probably experienced that loss is indescribable. Through this journey I have discovered that there are few, if any support groups designed just for us siblings. I received your email from all your postings on the Fallen Heroes website. I have started my own group that will work as a support system specifically for siblings suffering from the loss of their brother or sister. The name of my group is S.O.F.T (Siblings Of Fallen Troops). I am just in the beginning of it and my website should be up shortly. I hope to be able to offer some kind of network for those of us who feel no one understands this pain. I will be having local meetings here in FL but will have cyber meetings as well.

I hope that if you are or know of a sibling of a fallen troop you will feel free to contact me or pass my name to them. My goal is to have a solid strong support system and we can only do that with the love of others.

My your family be blessed for the sacrifice that you have made. It has and never will go unnoticed or forgotten.

Respectfully,

Rachel Ascione

"Hey cuz, ya kno, its hard thinking of all of the fun experiences of the family and not having you physically there any more. It was the thought of one of the tallest guys in the family walking in and just sharing new information and new experiences with the younger cuz's, it made us feel important. See cuz, us being youger we grew off the knowledge you told us so from that I see you as one of the people who brought me to where I am. I remember the time when me, my mom and my lil sis were in the park and saw you workin' out. Then we all went over to the courts and played b-ball. We lost miserably but it was the thought that even though we lost we still had fun with you Bobby. Its times like those that we miss alot. I think of you alot, I am so proud of your accomplishments and that you were in the army protecting us. Things like that make me feel like there is no stopping you. Bobby, you have changed alot of my thoughts, knowing that your gone makes me feel sad becuase its the thought that the family is a big chain and pieces fall off or get lost and no one likes a broken chain. I feel happy though for you becuase even though we cannot see you, we still know that you are there helping us with our daily lives and decisions we make. For that I can not express to you enough how thankful I am to have had you in my life in all of my 15 years. You are my cuz that I looked up to, who I loved un-conditionally, who I was very proud of and I still have these feelings for u. From physically to spirtually u will always be my cousin who I know as Robert C. White the III who brought honor and happiness to every member of the family."
Mercedes A. Woodley of Cortlandt manor NY

"hey Bobby gone but not forgotten is what they left in your memory and that's exactly what it is...Bobby u were a wonderful person, and we will always remember you for the loving caring person you were i remember we always had a bbq @ Aunt Renee's house on smith st. and everyone would show up and I remember everytime one of those bbq's would pop up i would always b so excited to see the older cousins because with they're presents they brought not only happiness but they all had a lot of wisdom dispite how young they were and i remember for some reason i would always be so happy to see you Bobby probobly because of your happy promising and outgoing personality . As i got older i wanted to be just like you , you were such a beautiful person and i say this now that your gone physicaly but i will see you again and when i do it will be beautiful because i can imagine you now brighting up heaven even more then it could ever be. We love you Bobby and we always will."
Katijah Woodley of Cortlandt Manor,NY

You may not be with us in the physical, but I know your with us in the spiritual. We all are missing you.Mom,Dad,Sharee on down to our other relatives.GOD has blessed me to allow me to spend time with you in my dreams. That's how I know that your in heaven, because GOD has shown me all through out my dreams that your soul is at rest now.Bobby your free now. Your suffering days are over, and that'a what gives me peace.I cherish the time we spent together. We laughed together and we cryed together.I was able to really express myself to you.Thank you for always encouraging me and lifting me higher, because sky is the limit and I aint done jumping.I'm going to pursue everything you ever told me to, because I'm a star who's soon to be discoved. With the help of the LORD we gone make it happen. Bobby you know we love you ,and we know you love us very dearly. Bobby me and you played the gospel song " memories" by the Canton Spirituals many nights and reminised about love ones who went on home to be with the LORD. I never thought i would be playing that song reminising on your memories, saying when will I see you again. I know I'm going to see you again. One day we will meet again. Bobby you were a real man. 100%nothing subtracted. You know I aint gone sugar coat nothing. You aint take nobody's sh**, and alot of people couldn't handle that,Straight like that!Destiny's child said "I need a soidier".You damn sure was a soildier, certified soildier/ warrior. Your intelligence intiminated many indidviduals. They hated the fact that they couldn't compete with you physically, mentally, spiritually,or intellectualy. You were not just a blessing in any females life, but you were a blessing in any individuals life over all. To You and Dad I give much respect.I haven't yet to meet a man that compares to you and dad.Yeah, you played but you didn't play every day. You KNOW what i mean by that.Bobby you are LOVED Your whole physical, mental, spiritual, and intellectual being is one in a million.Bobby you are the TRUTH. I say "you are" instead of" you were", because your soul still lives on. Thank you for everything/ I cherish it all. From your love, protection, motivation, appreciation, communication,etc.etc.I could be here all day with words that would express your love. Thank you for being real.I thank you for your sincerity. You were always sincere, like your sons name sincere.I know people will probably read this and say ;"damn she got deep as hell on this message", but so what. This is real talk, This isn't a good-bye ,but it's a see you later.I'll see you again baby.REST IN PEACE BIG BROTHER.MY BIG BROTHER, BOBBY.GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN.Like the singer "LYFE" said in one of his songs," MY HEART HURTS LIKE AN OLD MAN WITH HIGH CHOLESTEROL" that's how it feel sometime Bobby. However, the word says" HE WHO WAITS UPON THE LORD SHALL RENEW THEIR STRENGTH".I pray everyday, and when praying I ask GOD to keep my mind. I say LORD take my hand, not I'll take his hand but LORD take my hand.By praying that I know he'll never let me go.We love you Bobby and we'll always love you. I leave on that note.

Sincerely, your little sis'Miss Toya White A.K.A "STAR""

"My Brother Robert C. White III, a fallen Soldier. A message from your big sister Sharee. Bobby I truely miss you!!! I miss your jokes, I miss your smile, I miss your voice, and most of all I miss your presents. There are alot of days I sit here reminiscing on the good times we've shared together as a family. With Mom, Dad, Latoya, You, Myself, MCkeeba, and Fred.

My brother Bobby you was a walking soldier before you joined the Army. When you joined the Army the government just co-signed and documented, what we the family already knew what you were a "SOLDIER". You protected and fought at times for the family.

Then you joined the Army to continue your mission fighting and protecting this Country. Although you are not here in the physical, but your spirit continues your mission now."From a walking Soldier to our Guardian Angel" protecting and watching over the family.

And Bobby a promise from me to you, I will always be there for your beautiful children. My nieces and Nephew!!!! Gone but " Diffently" not forgotten my one and only Big Brother Bobby. Until we see each other again........

I Love you Always your Big Sister Sharee"

""TO MY BEAUTIFUL SON" I know if you were able to read this message. You would say Mom, choose another word. "But my son that's how I see you, A beautiful, loving caring person. I miss you dearly, the sound of your voice, the conversation's we shared Mom & Son. It's really hard for all of us, your Dad, sister's, cousin's & Grandparent's. My son you took a great part of my heart with you. There is no substitute for you. I am so proud of you, more then words could say, for the stand you took going into the U.S. ARMY. It is such a great loss to your family, & a great loss to the U.S. ARMY.
I love you Bobby, you will forever be in my heart my son. People want to believe they have the right to tell a family how they should grieve the loss of a Son, or Daughter! They have no idea what a great void & loss , a family will have to live with. Alway,s remember to give your love one's flower's while they live, show them how much you love them while they are in the living. So I say to all of the proud families that suffer a loss love one in the U.S. ARMFORCES. You will forever be in OUR PRAYER'S . We are all family to our Fallen Heroes! A special thank's to 864th ENBN 555th Manuever Enhancement Brigade . Rest in Peace My Son Bobby!
May the angels watch over you, until we meet again in heaven. We will watch over your children! Alway's & forever we will Love You. "GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN". Love Mom, Dad & Family!"

"To our son BOBBY so many issues and situations have prevailed since your death.Your mother and I are deeply saddened and will always and forever miss you and keep you in our hearts, and so will your sister's Sharee and Latoya. Latoya SAY'S that you came to her in several dreams.I explained to her that you were allowed to enter into her dreams by GOD.On two occassions you came to me in a dream. This the way GOD allows all love ones to visit their families from the spirit world. You are always welcome to visit us whenever GOD allows you to visit. At the going home services your Mom and I spoke about how we will so dearly miss you son.Your final service to the world is written in the lords book of awsome deeds done by good servants and that you were.
ALWAYS REMEMBERED, NEVER FORGOTTEN.
