Army Sgt. 1st Class Chad A. Gonsalves

31, of Turlock, California.
Gonsalves died north of Deh Rawod, Afghanistan, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV during combat operations. He was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Died on February 13, 2006.
