"Re: SPC Benyahmin Ben Yahudah

Hello,
I represent PRAYER SHAWLS 4 FALLEN SOLDIERS (PS4FS), an organization that since October 2007 has sent over 2,800 prayer shawls to military families who have lost a loved one. We are an organization of over 240 groups from all over the country. We make every effort to reach families even when post cards are returned after they have moved. Would you kindly send me a contact email/address so that we may send a loving hand-made prayer shawl to the family? Thank you!

"Hey ben I'm not sure exactly what to say or how to make anyone feel better with you not being here anymore. You were my best friend I could have in a person you were my girly guy the one who bought me my first mixed drink the one who taught me to dance at down under the one who always called when you needed a ride home and the first one to offer advice when I needed some. It's so hard watching everyone come home now and I can't seem to forget you and it's already been 7 months since i heard the news. Not only did rob call me so did nate and tons of your friends they all wanted to know how i was doing with it. I'm not gonna lie I broke down that day I thought my heart was ripped out and I couldn't stay here. I'm sorry I couldn't be at your memorial it was to much for me to handle at the time. I wish you could see Cassie and Madison Cassie has grown up so much and shes so pretty and Madi all you saw were her ultrasounds you would love here. I lay flowers at your grave every month just to keep telling myself your still with me watching me through all my decisions and teaching me things I need to know. I am so sorry I could not be there to tell you how wonderful of a friend and how dear you were to me. Your were a living angel and I won't forget you. You made life worth living and made my family the most imporant thing to me with all the advice you gave me and shoot well you taught me to dance:) I miss you soooo much Doc and I would give the world if I could just see your smile one more time but all I have are our memories of crazy clubs parties talks and the pictures that I have left from those days. I miss you coming up to me and asking what was I htinking the night before when I ocmpletely went nuts. I wont forget you Doc not even when I pass this earth. I will meet you again and I promise I will remind you how much you meant to my life. Rest in peace my dear friend I hope you will be waiting for that hug when I die and keep watch on me I still need your guidance through my journey's. I'm studying to be a Nurse sorda following in your steps. I love you DOC. "There are no words that fully describe or lessen the loss of such a great Soldier. I was lucky enough to have the honor to serve with such a terrific young man. Benyahmin was what every medic and every Soldier wants to be. He lived his live in a terrific way and he is directly responsible for saving the lives of many of his fellow Soldiers. The way that Benyahmin lived his life carried over into his work and he was always able to achieve fantastic results. He is going to be missed by the Desert Rogues as he has had a tremendous impact on so many Soldiers lives. I know that as much as we miss you, it does not compare to the loss your family is feeling. My heart goes out to your family and may your pain be comforted by knowing that it was my honor and priveledge to have Benyahmin in my Company. Benyahmin you are missed by all of us tremendously."
1SG James A. Baugh of Baghdad, Iraq
