"”Honor and Remember” - “Project Compassion” We love our Soldiers! We love our country and we cannot express enough love and compassion to the families of our fallen heroes. War does not discriminate – It breaks our hearts to see the faces of the fallen. We want to give this gift to the hero’s Mother, Father and/or spouse. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization! Almost 2,150 portraits have been completed and shipped to the parents and or spouse - at no cost as this is a gift from one American to another!
This is a gift! We have wonderful sponsors who help with the costs, and want you know that everyone here at Project Compassion does and will always CARE.
Contact us directly at Projectcompassion@manti.com or go to www.heropaintings.com . If you have already had a portrait completed, we pray that you are enjoying the portrait and God Bless You.

"I had the pleasure of serving on SSGT's EOD Security team until about a week before he passed on. I will aways remember him becuase he was a personal hero of mine. We had some terribly close calls that shook me to the bone and just when I was ready to give up I would look over to see him grinning. He kept me from losing my mind and he motivated the hell outta me.

To his family,
Dwayne was and will always be a hero to me. Never had I met a man as brave as he was. I'm still alive today because of him and I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT."

"For the family of Dwayne,
Today, June 16th, I had the honor of carrying the replica dog tags of Dwayne E. Williams on the Freedom Motorcycle Run here in Illinois. If it is possible I would like to send Dwaynes tags and a sketching from the memorial wall in Marseilles IL.
The service at the end of the run was very touching, with 23 speakers calling out names of each of the 1015 people killed this last year in the Middle East War. A few of the speakers were officials of the Run, but most were mothers, fathers, wives, or teachers of some of the 1015 Heros of this war.
To hear each name read off and to see these brave people getting to read their own loved ones name, really drove home the point that these losses are people, not numbers on a list from the nightly news.
A friend of my son's, who he graduated with, Jake Lowell, was struck down this May. I can just relate to the loss and pain you, family and friends of Dwayne are going through.
So if you could send me an address that would be great. If it can't be done, then I wish you the very best.
