"To the family of Brandon Webb, my deepest condolences on your loss. This past Saturday, I laid wreaths at Arlington as part of Wreaths Across America and Brandons was the first one I laid. His young age touched me and broke my heart and I needed to find his family and let them know his grave was attended to with much respect and gratitude. When I read that he was also a firefighter it made this even more personal for me, as I was there with my firefighting "family" to pay respect to a friends brother. Section 60 is a special place to us and I want you to know, that from now on, each year, Brandon will be the first wreath I lay. If you would like pictures, I would be happy to send them to you. you can reach me @ parrotthead29@aol.com or on facebook Jane Wetzel Rachner. again, I'm so sorry for your loss and honored to have been there to pay my respect to Brandon."
