"To the family of Anthony Roberts I give my heartfelt sympathy. I feel honored to share a neighborhood with the parents of one of America's Fallen Heros. Everyday, I can see the flags that fly in the park of Amberwood that was dedicated to your son. I think how painful it must be for you, and also of how proud you must be that your son was so brave and honorable. I hope that your memories of his love can bring you some comfort. Please know that there are so many of us who think of him every day and the great sacrifice he made for his country."

"I never want to forget the sacrifices of so many young men and women. I am so proud it makes me cry. I understand in theory only that war is a part of human nature but so is love and caring. I wish I could take the families pain away but I can't. I am committed to loving ALL people, myself and our environment. I am committed to working on my happiness everyday because so many have died for my freedom to live my life. Thank you is not enough but it is all I have.
