"As these years have passed, I will always keep Frank in my memories. He was so humble, funny, caring and had the biggest heart one could imagine. While deployed, I spoke to Frank at least a week before he was called. We talked about our usual, music, mixtapes and basketball. I made a conscience effort to make sure I seen him whenever a convoy went to his base. I can see you now, dribbling a basketball, smiling and listening to some good music. I had the pleasure of knowing you since our earliest days in the Army when 334th first stood up at Fort Gordon then we moved to Fort Lewis. I miss you my friend. See you later."

"At the close of life, the question will be not how much have you got, but how much have you given; nor how much have you won, but how much have you done; not how much have you saved, but how much have you sacrificed; how much have you loved and served, not how much were you honored.
Thank You Rivers... It was an honor, just to know you... You will be missed..."

"To Frank's Family and friends! May God Bless you all! I've known Frank forever and again only briefly! I saw him come in to the hospital on sick call and during his stay - we talked and prayed. And was there for him when he came in the last time before going home, again we talked and prayed! He is very special and continues his mission still! Frank is a wonderful 'old soul', he touched many lives during his time with us! And continues to do so! In his honor let us continue to bring God's light in to the darkness of the world and let us make every day count!"

"We really appreciate and are very thankful for everyone’s prayers and concerns regard our great loss at this time. There are many great words that can be used to describe my brother, but I’ll say one thing. My brother was a great person to be around, he loved life, lived life to the way he causes and wasn't affected negatively by now one. By brother loved his family and his friends and I believe would have done anyone thing for us. So, as we go on I would ask for those out there try not to mourn his death (its tough for me everyday), but be happy that he is getting out of this crazy world and that is on his way to visit his mother. And Our Father. Thank you all and Support the Soldiers and Civilians over in Iraq.
God Bless"
