"God bless you William and your family! Such a shame the mighty must fall, but they may never be forgotten!

In the end, no amount of encouragement will drive a man to his limit. Only a few good men have it in them to carry on when everything else is telling them to stop. The weak will run from danger or seek refuge, by public protest or in some shameful silent hiding place. A soldier, in the gravest of situations, stands before comrades and enemies stripped naked of false bravado or empty reputation. Lesser men, protected, safe and untried, stay at home, ignorant or fearful of finding their own true measure. Many men will be ashamed of what they discover, when exposed in moments of stark terror or endless creeping dread but a brave few can be justly proud of how they acted when times were tough.
Remember, only on the darkest nights, do we see the brightest stars.
So march on young trooper... and have no fear,

R.I.P Lee Ellis"
