"Troy was my friend. He was a happy guy who loved his friends and life. I was with troy most of the time before he died. I was a sergeant in the 54th in another platoon. I dream some days that he is alive only to wake and find he is gone in reality. Please know that Troy Linden was special and was one of the kindest best friends I ever had. He would listen to my problems and help me feel better when I was afraid. I will have Troy in my heart forever, heros don't die."
Justin McCoy of Pittsburgh, PA
