25, of Schiller Park, Illinois.
Jakoniuk died in Taji, Iraq, from non-combat related injuries. He was assigned to the 4th Battalion, 3rd Aviation Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Died on November 30, 2005.
