"To Jeff's Family,
I was Jeff's Medic when we were in Iraq. I have spent the last five years doing all that I can within myself to preserve Jeff's memory. I am making memorial pages for both Jeff and Dustin and was hoping to get some information from you guys. Words can't express the feelings and memories I have from serving alongside Jeff. I have kept your family in my thoughts and prayers, and every May seems just as hard as the last. My e-mail is jaredpwhite@yahoo.com. God bless your family and know that Jeff was a hero to his nation and to his brothers in arms."

"Jeff, we shared everything like we were brothers. Everyone thought we were there for awhile. You have not been forgotten at all. My children know of you and all that you did for me and for this country. I still remember the time we were driving back home to Texas and we ran out of gas. I lost the coin toss and had to walk 20 miles to the nearest gas station. And the time my wife, you, me and my son Brandon were driving back to Cali from Texas. You told me to speed up pass a car. i got a speeding ticket for that. You were a great friend and mentor. I miss you bro. To your family, I am so sorry for you loss. Jeff was one of the greatest man I have ever known. I am a different person because of him. He loved the Corps and this country. I am proud to call him my friend."
