"7yrs later I know. I just found this page. I just decided to Google his name to see what came up. I was there that day. Never met Steven...and I'll never forget him. I was talking to him on the radio from my helicopter at the time. Eyes on him. He was lead (point) and moving in on their position. I talked to his mom, Joyce, once on the phone. The most nervous I had ever been in my life getting that phone call. I keep you guys in my prayers and I know I will be formally introduced to your son one day. Much love always- CW3 M. Fulmer"

You will never be forgotten Steven your memory will forever live..I love you and miss you more than I can put on this page. I know I will see you again one day but untill then I cherish and hold on to every moment and memory I have. Today is OUR Soldiers day on the calender but really EVERY DAY IS YOU GUYS DAY!!!May you rest in peace! You are amazing!!"

"I never want to forget the sacrifices of so many young men and women. I am so proud it makes me cry. I understand in theory only that war is a part of human nature but so is love and caring. I wish I could take the families pain away but I can't. I am committed to loving ALL people, myself and our environment. I am committed to working on my happiness everyday because so many have died for my freedom to live my life. Thank you is not enough but it is all I have. All my love and respect. ogersteiner@yahoo.com"
