"Chase, Bro I remember when we went to MEPS with SSgt Russo, we were so pumped to become Marines. I am a Sailor now, but I am proud that you were my brother for those two days. Save a spot for me up there."

To the family of Pfc. Chase A. Edwards:
During the Veteran's Day Program at East Beauregard High School, I met Chase's parents. I want to say that my thoughts and prayers I have been with them. We live in a society that has distorted the true meaning of "hero"; Chase and the men and women of the US military are true heroes. Keep Chase's memories going!"
