Army Spc. Timothy D. Brown
23, of Cedar Springs, Michigan.
Brown died in Habbaniyah, Iraq, when a land mine detonated near his HMMWV during combat operations. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 1st Battalion, 125th Infantry Regiment, Saginaw, Michigan. Died on November 4, 2005.

"I worked with Timmy's aunt Beth and I remember getting the phone call when Timmy was killed. Although I never got to know Timmy personally, I often think of him and pray daily for his family to have the strength to deal with his loss. I know that he was a remarkable young man and very, very loved and his death has had a profound effect, not only on his immediate family, but on others as well. I know that it still has a profound effect on me. Timmy will not be forgotten. God Bless him."
