"I served with Jeremy in Kosovo, as part of A/1-187 INF. CPT Chandler was an excellent officer, who was respected by all who knew him. Some officers are respected simply because of their rank, some are respected out of fear of retribution. CPT Chandler was respected because he was a great officer and truly cared about his soldiers. Thank you for everything you gave our grateful nation, Jeremy."
Frank Maschhoff of Murfreesboro, TN
