"This war was way tougher than it looked on the media... but it is over now and atleast you can rest and didnt have to fight the second war at home in your own head, R.I.P gone but not forgotten, way too young..."
Tim Hayes Bradford Jr. of California

"Rest easy Marine. Thinking of you this Memorial Day."

"Hey cousin! I miss you. So much. Life has been tough and I remember how you always made us laugh when stuff got hard.

A horse walks into a bar. The bartender says "Why the long face?" 😂😂 I wish you were here. Love you Josh."
Savannah Lucero of Tucson

"I never met you. I didn't know about you until a couple of years ago. My brother mentioned you in a Memorial Day post he made on Facebook. He mentioned you went to boot camp with him. My brother and I haven't been close since he got back from Fallujah, but the post he made stuck with me. And so did your name. I think about you often. Memorial Day. Veterans Day. Random days. You'll never be forgotten. Not by family. Not by friends. And not by random strangers like me.

Rest easy Marine. God bless.
Griselda of Texas

"Its been 5 years now since we lost Josh. He was not only my roommate, squadmate, team mate, most of all he was my closest friend in the Corps. I know he is looking down on all of us, his friends and most importantly his family, and he would tell all of us to keep on smiling and take every day as they come. That kid had the best mentality on life of anyone I have ever met. It was absolutely my honor to have known him as well as I did and even further to have served with him in Fallujah. To his family, I miss the one great night I had with you guys, I hope our paths will cross again. Josh was very fortunate to have a family like you!"
SSgt Robert Coburn of Bangor, Maine/US

"I never want to forget the sacrifices of so many young men and women. I am so proud it makes me cry. I understand in theory only that war is a part of human nature but so is love and caring. I wish I could take the families pain away but I can't. I am committed to loving ALL people, myself and our environment. I am committed to working on my happiness everyday because so many have died for my freedom to live my life. Thank you is not enough but it is all I have.
