"Today marks 10 years that you were tragically taken from this world. Despite the pain that it may cause , the joy that you had in your heart will be forever remembered and celebrated. The conditions and situations that you encountered in your life were sometimes difficult, uneasy and diverse. you handled them with class and courage that lied in your heart. I knew you would do great things and I had the privilege to influence and shape your thoughts, opinions and career. I can remember getting you and my brother into the music you held dear to your heart. As you got older we talked about careers and how education can lead to great things in life. Chad was primed ready and heading towards a career in the health sciences. He had and overwhelming sense inside him to help others , ultimately putting his needs last. War is cruel and even though Chad was to come home soon , for some UNKNOWN reason he was taken from us way too soon. We will never know the reason but what we can do is honor and remember his kind soul and celebrate chads life always and forever. He was and will be always remembered as a superb son, friend, soldier, healer , and hero. G-d rest your soul"

"Chadwick, I was honored to meet your beautiful mother, Charmaine, today at your memorial marker for Arizona Run for the Fallen. You mom shared a little bit of your story with me, and I was so touched and humbled by your honor, your heroism, your service and, so very sadly, your sacrifice. My heart grieves for you and for your mother; for all that you were and for all that you would have been had your life not been tragically cut short. May you rest in peace, Chad.
Charmaine, I cannot begin to comprehend the depth of your loss, but I pray for a white light of healing to surround you with comfort and peace. I pray that you will someday see your son in heaven, and that you will then hold him in your arms for all eternity.
With love, respect and gratitude,

"”Honor and Remember” - “Project Compassion” We love our Soldiers! We love our country and we cannot express enough love and compassion to the families of our fallen heroes. War does not discriminate – It breaks our hearts to see the faces of the fallen. We want to give this gift to the hero’s Mother, Father and/or spouse. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization! Almost 2,150 portraits have been completed and shipped to the parents and or spouse - at no cost as this is a gift from one American to another!
This is a gift! We have wonderful sponsors who help with the costs, and want you know that everyone here at Project Compassion does and will always CARE.
Contact us directly at Projectcompassion@manti.com or go to www.heropaintings.com . If you have already had a portrait completed, we pray that you are enjoying the portrait and God Bless You.
Sincerely and Respectfully,
