"It has been 8 yrs today that the Marine Corps lost a great Marine. I was Todd’s recruiter. He wanted to be a Marine more than anyone I had ever seen. Todd had tremendous potential to excel and was a polite and professional young man even before joining. Knowing that I enlisted has put a feeling of guilt on me, but he didn’t want to do anything else other than be a Marine. I think of him daily and wish we could serve side by side.
