"I had the honor of going to school with Hatak. He was my roommate at SOSU for 2 summers. I was shocked to here the news of Hatak's death. Hatak and I were very close during those summers. He was a very outgoing guy just like myself. I am very proud to say that I knew him. I am sorry for the family's loss, and I wish to send my best wishes on coping with this loss. This is the second friend I have lost in this war. I due not condemn the war, I know these soldiers are doing good for us and the people over there. God Bless the USA for having good soldiers like Hatak Yearby."
Douglas of Antlers, Ok USA

"I was blessed to be part of his family living near them for a time. I remember the little boy with the round face and big smile, that grew up to be such a striking, honorable young man. I remember the perfect dance moves that was in perfect time to the pow-wow drummers. Again my life was blessed to get to see this young man grow up. We lost a lot when we lost our little brother."
Troy Splawn of Antlers, OK
