"Time has past since Daniel's death but I think about him often and so wish he could be a part of our lives and we could share in his own joys and sorrows. I wish my son could have his cousin back, someone he admired, someone he looked up to. I don't know if the Marines gave him the sense of belonging he needed and deserved. He could have made a fine husband and father and had the chance to create a family where he was valued and loved unconditionally."

Five years have passed since we lost a good Marine and a fine man. To friends, family and fellow Marines, Daniel is not forgotten. His selfless actions saved many lives, and he was loved and respected by those of us that served with him. I only wish he could have come home with us. I'll never forget the day it happened and I'll continue to tell people about the hero that gave his life so that others might live. God bless you and your family Sgt Tsue!

"To those who knew Daniel,
I served with him in Canberra Australlia, He was intelligent, kind, and sincere. I am now a Lieutenant and I use Daniel's memory to help me get through times where I need strength. Every time I hear of a fallen Marine, I think of him. I have a picture of him with President Bush and myself. If anyone would like this picture you can email me at PhillARogers@gmail.com. I do my best to be the best Marine I can be in honor of Daniel of those like him. Semper Fidelis."

"I had the honor of serving with Sgt Tsue at the US Embassy in Bahrain. We stood together when the Embassy was attacked in 2002 and laughed together when he organized cookouts and water ballon fights for the kids. You are missed but not forgotten."

"Daniel,
Thankyou for everything that you have done for me. Remember when you took my wife and I out to dinner in Bahrain for our wedding. Remeber when you said that I was a fake Puff Daddy becasue all I did was write music! That was pretty funny. I think about you everyday and wish that we could laugh together once more. My children are getting so big, I know you see them because the angles and the babies play together, and the angles always watch over them. I love dude and miss you! When I make a hit song I will tell the whole world how great of a person SSgt Daniel A. Tsue was, because no one knows you like us. Thank you Brother"

"Daniel,
I read in Leatherneck Magazine about your dad receiving the Bronze Star that you earned. I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy. God knows how many American and Iraqi lives you saved by defusing and destroying the countless IEDs and other pieces of unexploded ordnance that you came across.

Semper Fi Devil Dog!"

Dear Chops,
I had wanted to wish you a happy birthday. Your email bounced the message back. I never knew what happened to you til now. I searched and searched. But I searched the wrong name. But I finally found you. And how horrible it is to have found out this way that you are no longer here with us.

You're a hero to many and I will never forget our bond as e-pals. I'm so sorry that we never had the chance to meet. It would have been so much fun to hang out with someone like you. We could have played a few games of Scrabble, had a water balloon fight, talk about family, about life and love. I'll never forget you."
