"I met Nils' father a few months after the death of his son. He was very proud of his son but the hurt was still very evident. I looked up the info. of Nils and I was very impressed by the things that Nils was doing in Iraq. I am honored to have my path cross with this great young man and his father."

"I had the unfortunate experience, along with friends, John L. Lockley & his son (same age as Nils), John Lee Lockley Jr., of being at this fallen soldier's home in Confluence, PA. the day an U.S. Army Officer gave the news to his Mother. It broke our hearts and his family has been in our prayers ever since."
