"I know in my heart I can truly say it has been an honor to know and be related to Monta S. Ruth. I always looked at Monta as being a strong young man and even at times he would stand strong for his family and friends. He always put his loves ones and friends before himself. What I really loved about Monta is that he had a heart for the people. And every body has seen it to because he served and fought for his country.I want to say "Lord I thank you for giving us a young man who has fought for his country and he fought with his whole heart not thinking of himself but thinking of his country." I love you Monta and I will always love you. Your memory will continue to live on forever. Love your cousin (Pooh)"
