29, of Queens, New York.
Rios died in Baghdad, Iraq from injuries sustained on August 7, 2005 when his HMMWV was struck by two improvised explosive devices and received small arms fire. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry Regiment, 256th Brigade Combat Team, New York, New York. Died on August 8, 2005.
