"Recently we have lost a couple other members of the west high family at such a young age and all that I could come back to is thinking of when we lost you Christopher. I know it has been so long since you have passed but some days it's still so hard to believe. You were such a huge part of me growing up and you will forever be missed and forever in my heart! Until we meet again Christopher I know you watch over us all<3"

"Chris, not a day goes by where you're not thought of and the times we shared as Privates together. I remember quite clearly having to do push-ups side by side along with McCarthy just for being "the effing new guys". I also remember the long nights staying up in the barracks talking about our futures in the military and what we ultimately wanted to become while in the Army. And who can forget our first night combat jump onto Sicily where everything that could've canceled a jump happened yet for some reason we still jumped. And laying in the prone in the freezing cold rain waiting for the trucks to come and get us. And remember that same jump McCarthy landed in the tree's and nobody came to get him? Although that was by far my worst jump, I couldn't have asked for a better battle buddy to share it with me. The day you were taken from us all will forever be ingrained into me. You were taken from us too soon but I know God has better plans for you up there. We miss you man and even though you're gone, you will NEVER be forgetten. Airborne Brother!"

"To Christopher and his family...
I cannot even come close to describing how I feel about the loss of Chris. ive shed so many tears and shared so many stories over my dearest freind. We had alot of good times as kids. And for some time we were inseperable."Best of freinds" more like brothers in our hearts.its obvious that i miss my friend and think of him constantly, but i also miss you ricky, heather and brenda. i would love to see you again some day. i will never ever forget chris or you guys. you are in my prayers often. Actually I remeber as kids chris and i stayed up talking one night about Christ as our savior and we went through the BIBLE and he accepted the holy spirit into his heart. That is probably the only peace of mind ive got to work with... Again, I love you Pusateri Family.. My love and prayers are sent to you especially today on March 2nd 2009. May god bless you always!!"

"Christopher ,words can not express the loss..we drifted in and out of life being the way are family is but i remember you as alittle trouper then becomming a man.in life you and your family didn't have much, but I saw alot of love you gave your mother, sisters and brothers. I will always remember the day when you came over in my driveway and asked me how it was to go into the service, I told you and you said you were thinking about going in.There are days I wish I had told you lies so maybe you would not have gone, but then I believe you would have went anyways. What hurts the most is not being the uncle that I should have been, you will be surely missed.I say now what I should have said may times when you were alive, but didn't..But I hope you knew...I love you Cris.Uncle Benny"

"Christopher you are remembered today! I been doing things along with several new friends. Since losting our son SGT. GREGORY L.WAHL. Often people don't realize Gregory is from NEW YORK, not NORTH CAROLINA. An Ms. Polk of aherostribute.org. Has been very helpful to CHILDREN OF THE FALLEN LONG ISLAND. That in Gregory's name we raised funds to help ten children of fallen soldier's. Christopher you have not given your life in vain. I am on another mission: to bring awareness to ALBANY! That Christopher, Gregroy and all our fallen from New York. Deserve and demand a MEMORIAL honoring them now. Often one has to wait years after a conflict or war. For those Memorials to ever happen. Even today we still are just honoring those from past conflicts and war. Christopher, Gregory and all our fallen shouldn't have to wait! All not only gave his or her life for our country; for our STATE of NEW YORK.. So I ask Christopher's family to contact by calling and or writing to political leaders to make this happen yesterday! An contact other fallen families never you! I didn't lost just a son. I lost all those that have fallen. Gregory always clled his brother's and sister's. We as fallen families need to band together for our son's and daughter's! lwahl1@Sears.com"
