"To SSgt Pospisils' family: Forgive me if I can't get my words right. My husband and I were both active duty and his neighbors on cholla lane while stationed at 29 palms. My husband was also EOD and they served in the same Unit together. Sometimes words written or said can't fill the emptiness in your heart. I have lost 2 immediate family members & 2 many friends and time has not filled the emptiness in any way, so instead of saying that time heals, I'll continue to light candles at Church & pray that God gives you the strength to wake up in the morning, take a deep breath & survive 1 more day, because it is one more day closer to the one when your heart is healed and you feel him in your arms again. They send us butterflies everyday, the postcards from heaven."

"Blake I cried when I saw your name on the fallen marines list. You made my journey into the Marine world an easier transition. You were a wonderful neighbour and a friend to my small family. John and I had hoped to cross paths with you once more but instead will hold you forever in our hearts and our memories. We will remember your humor, your generosity and the way you faced life with a smile and a leap. May you laugh with the angels until we see you again."
