You and Wil are my motivation every morning I wake up and go to PT. During training missions when I get tired, all I do is look at my Dedication Tattoo on my forearm and I think of the ultimate sacrifice you and Wil made for your family and the people of our Islands."

"hey BROTHER,
Remembering those days still keep memories fresh. Laughter is one of the best ones. Strolling down your street makes me feel your presence and I just start laughing like crazy in the car just thinking of those days when we would hide in the PROJECT coz' it's too cold and don't want to do mission. It's hard to have a crowd laugh but when you start, everyone starts and can't hardly stop and that's you making friends. The album that you got from me is now dedicated to you and Euge. You will always be missed. You and brother Euge take care. You two brodas' will never be forgotten and will always be in our hearts the families, friends and especially the chetluhoods of the 100/442. GO FOR BROKE, Chetlu."

"Ha Bro,
There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about you. And I can't think of a time that you was not smiling or laughing. I always think about the time in polk when we got sent out with Bevo for a detail and we got stuck in a 5 ton, way back in the woods. We were all mad because we wanted to get back for some off time but not you. You just shock it off and laught about it. You always saw the good things in everything. Even me. I miss you and all the my bros from Eco. Bro I am on my way back there. I really hope that I can be like you and take things with a grain of salt and always came out with a smile on my face. Rest Bro, you will never be forgotten. GO FOR BROKE!!!"

"to you uncle jeff,i write...
a big burden was relieved off our shoulders knowing that we dont have to suffer anymore knowing that one day something can happen to our hero. but truthfully speaking, id rather have that burden every single day of my little life just to have you back!our whole family misses your face-the only thing we have left are the memories of your childhood and your pictures. Its been almost 7 months since grandma's departure an almost two year since you have left us-and we are constantly thinking of you. just know that we love you deeply, && miss you dearly. you would be proud of what your beautiful children have grown up to look like now. They are our reminder of what a brave hero we lost. I speculate on when we'll meet again. You didn't quite say goodbye. but the family was prepared for the "unexpected". We knew what we'd have to deal with when you left to Iraq. Now i have to pray fo another soldier serving his 3rd time in the land of death. Its my brother BRYAN. he too misses you and wants you to come back. WE ALL DO.Till then, we can only dream....REST IN PEACE +UNC* +

""To the family of Jeffrey Jack" i am really speachless.. he was such a great man, both father, son and brother. he was a man with ambitions the world itself cant do though he based himself on it and encourage him to do. in the eyes of myself.. i feel that he is a great and powerful man. with wisdom of his own.... no words can trench it down within my heart, that a man like him, devoted his time, serving our island community as well, fought through it, withng many struggles let the pain be put to rest. this man himself, a man where all men wants to be, inspired all the men in the island, "be a man with the courage to hustle through". a very brave man who risked everything he had, just for one small thing!!!! an island of his own he calls home.. he fought with the bravery... he is a son of all man-kind thw world and outside world cannot fear within.. though he didnt deserve o die. let it be, god was calling him home..in the eyes of my family and the people around our island.. he is a gifted man, no one cant take. the love fills with you Derence W. Jack. let all pain be filled within numb. the lord is with us."

"Little brother",
Since the day we lost you, pain has been my constant companion. I ache for not seeing your smile and joyful laughter as I entertained you with stories of my pranks, and being reminded of the many "stories" I told you and the younger ones. No mornings go by without tears shed for your sudden death. Your death is a heavy cross on all who knew you, most especially your siblings. My only solace these days is seeing photos of us in our younger days, and seeing yourself in your own creations - your children Donovan and Chasmyn. When you arrive at the Pearly gates of heaven, knock softly twice and our sister Rita and brother Kennedy who preceded you will open the gates and welcome you with wide open arms and a warm "Kaselelie". Rest in Peace, lil bro."

"Today is the 17th of November and yes it is my Uncle Jeffrey's 32nd birthday...I wish he was here so we could celebrate it with him like the usual family parties we have...I really miss his make-my-day smiles and his unique laughs. He had a big heart full of love...and not once have I ever witnessed him get mad or frown. He will be truly missed by everyone and he will always be our hero. He died doing what he loved to do and that's what brings me comfort... I love you Uncle Jeff so much and I really miss you... I will always remember you as an uncle, a soldier, a loving father and husband, and most especially our HERO. Love always your niece,"
