"I remember your son from class. I graduated with him from Sand Creek Michigan and was a fellow United States Army Soldier. I was shocked when I was coming home to find out that your son, My friend was on the same flight but not coming home the same way as me. I miss Josh and keep him in my thoughts always. He was a good man."

Though our lives seperated when we were kids I am so grateful that we were able to reconnect as adults before you went back overseas to fight for our freedoms. Because of you and so many your nephews can know freedom in their future. I miss you more than you'll know but hold on to the hope of seeing you again one day in glory.

"Josh I never knew you as a soldier but as a person you were always the bigger man. High school you were quiet and a good guy. I know you are watching down on all you love and you will never be a forgotten soldier or man. My best wishes on your next life. We all salute you."
Bonnie Stone of Albany New York

"Josh you will never be forgotten. This comes as a shock because it has been less than a year that we were in basic training together. I remember polishing boots with you in the afternoons and so eager to find out about the real military life since you were prior service. I know at times we irritated each other, but that happens when you have to spend days and nights and foxholes with the same guys. It is my wish to express my deepest and profound grattitude for the service you gave to our country. You will never be forgotten buddy. I wish your family my deepest sympathies. This will only serve to make me fight harder when I'm "over there" next year."

"I would like to send my deepest sorrow to your family. I had the priviledge to attent AIT at Aberdeen with Josh as his class leader. He was always eager to learn and was a great soldier to be around. I had seen him many times at Fort Carson, Kuwait, and Iraq before our orders sent our Squadrons on different missions. Every time he was upbeat and proud to be serving his country. He served strong and bravely, and from myself and the whole 505 Delta class of Aberdeen 2005 we wish our deepsest regrets for your loss, may God be with you in these hard times.

"6/3/05 To the family of Joshua T. Brazee,
We know your profound sorrow and wish that we could offer you some solace in these difficult times. Freedom is not free - your son is truly a hero and has given his life for all of us - many who take their freedom for granted so much of the time. Joshua's bravery and willingness to serve will never be forgotten. Please know that there are so many of us now who share a kinship - those who have lost sons and daughters in war - and you are in our prayers every day. May God give you strength and blessings.
