"To Clarence's family and friends,
My name it Kelly (Tyrrell) Zitelman and my younger brother PFC Scott Tyrrell also died "from injuries sustained in Iraq during a non-combat related incident" in 2003 and was also out of the 4th ID stationed in Ft. Hood, TX. He was near an amunitions hold when it exploded on Nov. 14th and died from his injuries on Nov. 20th at Ft. Sam Houstin, TX.
It has been just over 6 years for us...and I just wanted you to know that yours, as well as mine have not been forgotten. I want to thank you for the sacrifice that, not only he, but all of you also gave! I hope that you are able to keep Clarence's memory alive but have also learned to live with the pain of him being gone. I was just down there this spring and got to see the memorial they have built for them...a cried tears for all the wonderful men and women whose name are regretable carved on it. Please know that I will be thinking of all of you and that if any of you ever need to talk with someone "that truely understands"...you can reach me at zitelmanzoo@yahoo.com
Kelly :)"

"Clarence, You will always be my hero. I am honored just to have have known and served with you. To Clarence's family: I have known this Great American for a number of years. He has always shown a positive, "can do" attitude. He left no stones unturned in support of our Army. He loved what he was doing for our Nation and Army. I last spoke to Clarence in June 03 while serving in Kuwait. He was happy to be in Kuwait taking care of America's special resource, the American Soldier. My family and I prayers for you are that our Lord and Savior will keep all of you in perfect peace as you endure these times of bereavement.

God Bless You. And, may God continue to bless the American Soldier and our great Nation."

"A great loss for the nation and his family. I served with CW4 Boone at Fort Stewart, Georgia. Not only was he a terrific Soldier - but a true gentleman and a sincere, kind and good man. He will be missed greatly. Very sad news indeed. His faith in Jesus was an inspiration -

John 11 says it all - Jesus said to her, "Your brother will rise again." Martha answered, "I know he will rise again in the Resurrection at the last day."
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"
"Yes, Lord," she told him, "I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world."

God bless the Boone family and comfort them in this time of great sadness.
