"I never want to forget the sacrifices of so many young men and women. I am so proud it makes me cry. I understand in theory only that war is a part of human nature but so is love and caring. I wish I could take the families pain away but I can't. I am committed to loving ALL people, myself and our environment. "I dont even know where to start...my name is Benjamin Vance. I'm out of the Marines now, formerly an Infantry Assaultman who toured Iraq 2 times. I am from Gilroy, well formerly. I was in uniform (on weekend leave) and present at Jeramy's funeral. It was my first Military one and quite honestly, i remember it as if it were yesterday. I didn't know it, but when i deployed in a few weeks, i would be eventually be walking the same streets as he did...As my brother enlisted in the Military recently (he graduates boot-camp this thursday 1/3/2007 in Texas) my heart goes out to the families of those who have lost someone, especially the Ailes'.
